Vikas Bhatia is a FIDE rated player and a full time Chess Coach of Noida Centre. He is working with Genius Chess Academy for last 3 years. He is a B.Tech (Mechanical) from Tatva Institute of Modasa (GTU), Gujarat. He is very sincere teacher for beginners & intermediate students. 

Achievements as a Coach:

• Abhinav Raj won Delhi State Under 7 Chess Championship 2017
• Vinayak Tripathy, Aarush Roy, Arnav De got FIDE Rating in March 2017 
• Jay Kakar got FIDE rating, and got 3rd position in Soul Team Chess tournament in Nov. 2015
• Produced few other rated players also at C R Park Centre and Noida Centre

Achievements as a Player:

• Got FIDE Rating in PCPF below 1800 Chess Tournament & played well in 3rd Tara Devi Memorial Chess Tournament 
• Got 2nd position in the Blitz Tournament at Sri Ganga Nagar, Rajasthan 
• Played well in Chess Club Live Open FIDE Rated Chess Tournament
• Good performance in Vibrant, All India Open, Delhi FIDE Rated and DCA below 1600 FIDE Rated Chess Tournament
• Performed well and got prizes in many Open Rating Chess Tournaments
